Start the process by browsing through our list of curated low-mileage, well-maintained vehicles which we source directly from dealerships. You will find all the information you need in the listing page, including vehicle specifications, past owner details and more. You also have the option to request the vehicle’s CarFax history report which details out everything you need to know.
During this process, feel free to reach out to us with any information you need about the vehicle you are interested in. You can contact us by phone and email to request more information. Once you have selected your car, use the “Reserve this car” button on the website to start the sales process.
REVIEW AND SIGN CONTRACT
Once we receive your car reservation, we will send you the official car specification sheet (which details out all car features) along with a sale contract for you to review and sign. As part of the process to prepare the Bill of Sale, shipping documents and register the car under your name, we will need a copy of your passport or another form of identification.
COMPLETE PAYMENT AND GAIN OWNERSHIP
Select one of the available payment methods to purchase the car which includes bank transfer to local bank account or our US bank account. You can also opt to “pay on delivery” (conditions apply including downpayment and financing fee).
Note that the listing price you see on AutoEx covers all government and the dealership charges, as well as shipping, towing and delivery. The only additional fees you will be responsible for are the customs fee and VAT (if applicable) when the car is delivered to you.
RECEIVE YOUR CAR IN UNDER 50 DAYS
Within 10 business business days of completing the transaction, your car will be loaded up on a ship on its way to your port. We guarantee arrival of your car to your port within 50 days of completing the transaction.

What payment methods are available?
You can either pay the full amount at the time of contract, or choose Pay on Delivery, with just a 15% upfront deposit and the remaining balance settled when you receive your vehicle. The Pay on Delivery option includes a 5% financing fee based on the vehicle value.
